Featuring hand lapped 1/8 twist rate button rifling and M4 feed ramps barrel extensions, the 410 stainless barrel gives the shooter the best balance of weight and accuracy. 410 stainless is also harder and more corrosion resistant than conventional 416 stainless found in other precision barrels.

Treated with an Ionbond Black DLC (Diamond Like Coating) treatment. The Ionbond Black DLC is a metal finish applied through a Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD) process. The coating process involves depositing of diamond-like carbon coatings, 2 to 5 microns thin, via a vacuum and an electric charge. The result is a Diamond Like Carbon (DLC) coating that will not chip, crack or peel, providing years of protection against wear while maintaining its integrity.


Based on the US Navy MK12 Mod 0 Special Purpose Rifle (SPR), the BCM MK12 is heavily modified DMR type weapon designed to extend the effective range of the M4 carbine without the need for the full 20" barrel of a full sized M16A4.		The PRI Gen III 12" Carbon Fiber Handguard is constructed of light weight high strength carbon fiber aluminum handguard that reduces heat transfer from rapid or high volume fire and steel top rail which matches the height of a standard flattop receiver, for an optimized combination of weight and strength.
